Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of mmolistserver.com ("the Site"), operated by MMOListServer ("we", "us"). By creating an account, listing a server or paying for a promotion, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy.

1. What the Site is

MMOListServer is an independent directory where owners of private game servers can list their servers and buy promotion. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Webzen or any game publisher. Game names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. We do not operate, host or control the listed servers.

2. Accounts

• You need an account with a verified email address to add, edit, promote or delete a listing.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to buy promotions.

3. Listings

• Basic listings are free. You may list only servers you own or are authorized to represent.
• The information you submit (website, experience rate, season, opening date) must be accurate and not misleading.
• We may edit, hide or remove any listing, or suspend any account, at our discretion, for example for breaking these Terms.

4. Paid promotions

• We offer paid placements: Crown and Elite listings, and top, side and wide banners. Prices are shown in US dollars when you buy and are charged through PayPal.
• A promotion lasts 1 week, or 2 weeks plus a free third week where offered. It starts when your payment is confirmed and ends automatically. There are no automatic renewals; you choose whether to renew.
• Banner slots are limited. Your slot is reserved from the moment you pay. Banner images must be approved by us before they appear, usually within 2 hours but without a guarantee.
• We do not guarantee any number of visitors, votes, players or income.

5. Content and banner rules

You may not submit names, text, banners or links that:

• are illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or that impersonate another person, server or brand;
• contain sexually explicit material, graphic violence, hate speech or harassment;
• infringe someone else’s copyright, trademark or other rights;
• distribute malware or lead to phishing or scam pages;
• make false claims about your server.

Banners must be PNG or JPG up to 500KB, or GIF up to 1MB, in the exact size shown when you upload (300×100 px for top and side banners, 1200×120 px for the wide banner). We may reject or remove any banner. If a banner is rejected, you may upload a new one and your slot stays reserved for the paid period.

6. Voting

Visitors may vote once per server every 24 hours. Using bots, scripts, paid vote services or any other method to manipulate votes is prohibited. We may remove votes, listings or accounts involved in manipulation.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.

8. Your content

You keep the rights to your content. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display your server details and banners on the Site and in related promotion of the Site for as long as your listing is active. You confirm that you have the right to give this license.

9. Disclaimers and liability

• The Site and its services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
• We do not control and are not responsible for listed servers, their owners, their content, or any loss or dispute between players and server owners. You visit listed servers at your own risk.
• To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or lost profit.

10. Ending your use

You may delete your listings at any time from "My servers". Deleting a listing or account does not entitle you to a refund except as stated in the Refund Policy. We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date above shows the latest version. If you keep using the Site after a change, you accept the updated Terms. Changes do not affect promotions you already paid for.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law in your country says otherwise.
